About Mission Symposium 2012

Mission Symposium 2012 is a conference for pastors, missionaries, educators, students, and ministry and mission leaders. Co-sponsored by Denver Seminary and WorldVenture, it is the third in a series of conferences organized by WorldVenture missionaries. The first two conferences were titled MEGA (Missional Educators in a Globalized Age) and took place in Jordan in 2007 and in Turkey in 2009. Dr. Mark Young taught at both conferences, covering various aspects of the planning and execution of theological education programs in light of God’s mission. This year’s conference expands our consideration of how an understanding of God’s mission informs all ministry.

Mission Symposium is delighted to partner with Denver Seminary and we look forward to hosting you in the beautiful city of Denver in 2012. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Chris Wright, Dr. Mark Young, and Dr. Ramesh Richard as this year’s speakers, and are excited to see the work God will do as we gather from around the world to discuss and learn about God’s mission and His work.
